I didn’t know that these are scalloped shorts, maybe it is called such because of the curvy hemline on the end of the shorts.
Olivia Palermo (left) and Anne Hathaway (right) was seen wearing these loose, scalloped-hem shorts with flirty prints as they have their own respective day-outs. Both celebrity paired their sophisticated shorts with loose tee and flats. A nice combination for the not-so-skimpy shorts.
